FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions:

How can I contact This Little Pig?

You can send an email to info@this-little-pig.com or message us on Facebook @tlpig.

Where do I find the sale tags I need to print?

You can log in to your account from the home page. There should be an area that says Consignment Links: Already registered to consign? Login Here

From that link you use your consignor number and the password you picked when you registered. If you don’t remember the password, just click on the forgot password link to reset it.

Once you log in, in the activities menu, click work with consigned inventory. Then choose work with my consigned items (active inventory) to enter your items. After you have your items entered click on print tags to send them to your printer.

Is it required to volunteer in order to consign?

No, you do not need to volunteer. If you want to earn more percentage you can volunteer if you wish to.

Do I have to only sell spring and summer clothing during the Spring/Summer Sale?

A majority of shoppers are only going to be buying those types of clothing.  Jeans and shirts can be sold, but it's recommended to save the wintery items for the fall sale.

What sizes can be sold?

All maternity sizes, boys sizes up to 20 and young mens, and girls through juniors sizes.

I want to consign and volunteer a 4 hour shift. How do I get the $12 fee waived and a VIP pass?

The only way to get a fee waiver is to win one of the weekly Facebook giveaways. This fee gets deducted from your sales percentage after the sale is over, so it's not out of pocket. You can pick up your VIP pass when you complete your volunteer shift.

What are the Bargain Tables and how do I use them to my advantage?

Do you have some clothing items that have a minor stain or defect? Consider marking that item down below $2.00 and placing the item on the Bargain Tables that will be set up at the sale. Perhaps you have items that wouldn't bring in $2 or more (minimum for the hanging racks); you can also put these items in the bins. Be advised that hanging clothing always sells better.
